Real Estate Broker & Owner of Peak Realty, Lori is licensed Realtor in the State of Colorado since 2008. Lori’s approach is distinctively people-centric, with all strategic decisions governed by a thorough knowledge and respect for client’s wants and needs.
A diverse agent in all facets of real estate, Lori prides herself by being experienced in commercial and residential sales, leasing and property management. Preceding the inception of Peak Realty, Lori earned the Outstanding Sales Production award in her previous endeavors for 9 consecutive years. She brings over 23 years of property management experience and has shared the responsibility of managing over 25,000 units over the Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, California, and Texas markets. For Lori, real estate isn’t something she does, it’s something she lives. Whether it be navigating the way for first timers, investors or seasoned clients, Lori’s hard work and passion for her business results in the same level of unmatched service for all of her buyers, sellers, renters at any stage of their real estate journey.
Lori Allen earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Business Management from Regis University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing golf, traveling and giving back to her community. Lori also volunteers her time and is an active member with the Junior League of Pueblo and Winey B’s at Desert Hawk Golf Course.

My name is Bryce Schroeder Ray. I was born and raised here in Pueblo Colorado. I played golf in college at Wichita State University where I was a three time All American. After college I started to pursue professional golf as well as my real estate career! I have been playing professional golf since 2022 and have been a Colorado realtor here in since 2023. I absolutely love being in real estate so I can help people find their dream home! I believe every home has a story and every move is a journey and being a part of that is why I love what I do!

Born and raised in Pueblo, Rylynn brings valuable experience from her background in property management with Peak Realty. With hands-on experience managing various types of properties, she has developed a deep understanding of the real estate market,
tenant relations, and property maintenance. This expertise will serve as a strong foundation as she transitions into helping clients buy and sell homes. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping people, Rylynn is ready to guide you

PUEBLO, COLORADO
Pueblo, Colorado is a town just south of Colorado Springs on the eastern slope of the Rocky Mountains. When you visit Pueblo, don't forget to check out the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk. This urban development features boat rides, public art and events that commemorate the river's original location. The project also commemorates the flood that caused the river's diversion in 1921. Nearby El Pueblo History Museum has a recreated 1840s trading post and artifacts that trace Pueblo's history dating back centuries. Lake Pueblo State Park is another great place to enjoy nature and explore its many attractions, including fishing, boating and camping.
